Service Description
Your $300 is all-inclusive for 10 kids. Additional participants: $25/person. (We can accommodate up to 20 kids and would charge you on the day of your party for additional party-goers). *For children ages 9-17, parties are two hours long. For children ages 5-8, parties are 90 minutes long. We provide the creativity portion of your party and everything kids need to create something fun! Let kids unleash their creative side and create happy memories while painting pottery! Unicorns, Dinosaurs, Banks, Dragons, Dogs, and more! These cherished keepsakes will be fired in our kiln and ready for pick up, about two weeks later. One person picks up everything, then distributes them accordingly. You are able to come 15 minutes early to set up any decorations/food that you bring.

***The studio is available to you 15 minutes before the start time. This gives you time to set up any food/drinks or decorations. Please honor this policy as prior to this, we are preparing for you! *** We provide: Everything needed for the creation portion of the party; use of our materials/tools, a host to assist kids with their creations. A table for your food/gifts. Bluetooth speaker for your party music. We love when people bring their own playlists! You provide: You may bring your own drinks, food, napkins, paper plates, cups, utensils, if desired. PYOP PYOP ‘Paint Your Own Pottery’. Pottery is already made and ready to paint. Your pottery is picked in advance, so that on the day of the party, kids can get right to the good stuff and avoid confusion. Partiers paint their pottery however they wish; we have over 50 colors to choose from. Once fired in our kiln, (up to about 1,945 degrees), your pottery comes out shiny, bright and food safe. Do parents of party guests have to stay? The ones having the party do. For everyone else, it’s better if they plan to drop off so that we have enough room to move about the studio. **For parents who drop off: Gendusa’s, Debbie on the Levee, and Ground Pati are great places for parents to wait nearby and grab a drink or a bite to eat. FEES & RESCHEDULING: Your party is not confirmed until we receive your payment. Parties are 2 hours long for children ages 9-17, and 90 minutes long for children ages 5-8. You may come 15 minutes early to set up. Please note that parties that go over 15 minutes late will be billed $30 for every half hour. If you need to postpone your party for any reason, call (504) 370-9736 and leave a message. If we receive advance notice of 48 hours or more, your deposit will be held on account and applied towards another party date, which we will gladly work with you to find within 90 days. After 90 days the party fee is forfeited. Alternate dates are based on availability and what will work with your schedule and ours. No shows will not receive a refund nor credit. **Due to the nature of kiln-fired, handmade arts, slight imperfections can and do occur. These add to the uniqueness of your handmade piece! On rare occasions, kiln-fired pieces can crack or shatter during the firing process.
