Service Description
There's nothing better than drinking from a mug you made yourself! In this fun 2-hour workshop, you'll hand-build a one-of-a-kind stoneware mug using templates, studio tools, and step-by-step instruction. No experience is necessary. Choose your favorite glaze color, and we'll professionally glaze and kiln-fire your mug so it's food-safe and ready for years of coffee, tea, or cocoa. Includes: Stoneware clay, instruction, studio tools, templates, glazing, and two kiln firings.

What to Expect Your payment holds your spot, and if you need to reschedule with 48 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to fit you in another time. Ceramics is hands-on and fun! Most pieces come out beautifully, but sometimes a piece may break in the kiln — it’s part of the process. If your piece was well made, we’re happy to help with a replacement credit. Small cracks, glaze variations, or slight warping are normal and make each piece unique. Our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way, so don’t hesitate to ask questions. Pottery takes time — drying and firing means your finished piece may take a few weeks, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
