Call it clay class, or call it therapy. Immersing yourself in a new (or revisited) hobby is such a rewarding way to spend time. We'll teach you the basics, then you're free to create to your hearts content. We will be there to provide guidance, suggestions and ideas!
Clay class meets once weekly on an on-going basis. You sign up for 4 classes at a time and can continue taking the class for as long as you like. Classes are 2 hours long. Jump in whenever you're ready!
Tuition of $120 includes 4 weekly classes, instruction, use of tools and equipment, glazes and bisque and glaze kiln firings.
Bags of clay are purchased separately. $25 for a 25lb bag of clay which usually lasts about 8 weeks, depending on whatcha makin'.

WORKSHOPS
Check our social media for announcements for Clay Workshops. These are usually one-off classes that focus on a specific project; we might make fairy houses, wall sconces, whimsical sculptures, etc.
Have something specific you'd like to make? Contact us to book your private workshop. $50/person for a two hour workshop (includes instruction/clay/tools/use of studio space/two kiln firings. Optional charge of $10 if you wish to return to glaze your piece. (Or, we can glaze it for you at no additional charge).
OPEN STUDIO
Now offering limited open studio memberships to clay artists who prefer to work independently and know their way around a clay studio. Your membership includes studio access 7 days a week, from 6am-10pm (except during classes which are posted in-studio for reference). We have two Shimpo wheels, a large slab roller, two kilns, work tables, clay tools and an assortment of commercial glazes for use. Members also have shelf space to store their things.
We fire the kiln when we have a full load. We bisque fire to cone 04/05 and glaze fire to cone 6. We are a small business and unable to accommodate 'production potters' at this time. Studio membership is $180/month. Contact us to discuss!
