Whatever you're celebrating, Wrenworks Art Studio provides the perfect setting to get creative with your favorite peeps.  Parties are 2 hours long (with option to extend). We supply a table for your snacks/drinks/gifts, (BYOB!!) your choice of music, party facilitator, and all creative materials necessary for you to create something wonderful!

About PYOP ‘Paint Your Own Pottery’

Pottery is already made and ready for you to glaze. * 

We have a large selection! Plates, Mugs, Platters, Planters, Holiday Decor, Louisiana Themed, Animals, Vases, Garden Accessories, and so much more.

Your pieces will be fired in our kiln and be ready for pick up about 13 days later.

About MYOP ‘Make Your Own Pottery’

Participants learn basic hand-building skills to make something out of clay. Vases, bowls, animal sculptures, trinket dishes...the sky's the limit!  Pottery needs to dry before being fired in our kiln; this process takes 7-13 days. After the first firing -called a bisque firing- we'll glaze your pottery for you in the color of your choice. Then, your pottery goes back into the kiln for a second firing called a glaze firing.  Your pottery will be dishwasher/oven/microwave safe, although we recommend hand-washing, because after all, it's a special piece! We'll call you as soon as your pottery is ready for pick up, about 3 weeks later.

PYOP Party Price

With a minimum of 10 people participating, you only pay for what you paint! 

With less than 10 people participating, you pay a studio rental fee of $75 which can be divided amongst you. 

Either way, your group will have the entire studio to yourselves for two hours, You choose whatever you want to paint that day. Everyone can paint different things, or multiple items, as time allows.

​​​MYOP Party Price: $40.00/person, all inclusive; 2 hours partytime, clay, facilitator, use of studio tools, glaze, and two kiln firings.

DETAILS

All parties require a $40.00 deposit, which will be applied to the total cost of your party.  Your party is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Parties are 2 hours long, and you may come 15 minutes early to set up. Parties that go over will be charged an additional fee.  If you need to postpone your party for any reason, please call us: 504 370-9736 and leave a message.

If we receive advance notice of 48 hours or more, your deposit will be held on account and applied towards another party date, which we will gladly work with you to find.  Alternate dates are based on availability and what will work with your schedule and ours. 

No shows will not receive a refund nor credit.

 

FINAL THOUGHTS: Due to the nature of kiln-fired, handmade arts, slight imperfections can and do occur. These add to the uniqueness of your handmade piece! On rare occasions, kiln-fired pieces can crack or shatter during the firing process.  While we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen, there are some factors that are beyond our control. If your piece breaks during the kiln firing/s, we will credit you the amount you spent to be used in the studio.
