Service Description
Come make your own New Orleans-inspired holiday character from clay! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to hand-build your own festive little guy from slabs and simple clay forms. Then you’ll add the details that give him personality—his hat, bow tie, holly, facial features, and whatever other touches you want to give him. Two weeks later, come back to paint (glaze) him in the colors of your choice. We fire once again, then he's ready for your mantle! Or porch. Or table. Or gift box. Or... No clay experience necessary! We’ll walk you through the whole thing step-by-step, so if you've never worked with clay before, you're in good hands. Price includes TWO studio visits! A two hour hand building workshop, instruction, use of tools, glazes, a follow up glazing session (no need to schedule that, you just come in during open hours), and two kiln firings.

Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking All clay workshops are paid in advance. As a small studio, we prepare materials for each participant individually, so payment secures and holds your spot. Cancellations & Credits No refunds. If you need to cancel, a credit will be issued with at least 48 hours' notice before your session. Credits must be used within 3 months of issue. If you want to transfer your purchase to a friend, that's fine! Just let us know beforehand. Firing & Outcomes Kilns get hot, and clay can be unpredictable — cracks, warping, and glaze surprises happen even to experienced potters. We can't guarantee a specific outcome for any piece. No Perfection Required This is a process, not a performance. We guide you step-by-step and keep things beginner-friendly, so you don't need any experience to make something you'll love. Let go of "perfect" — the goal is to enjoy learning something new with your hands.
